No, that's not a bug.
This has nothing to do with your given date of birth. It's about how old your account isβ¦
Eg You create a Roblox account (a new one) on Monday, December 12th, 2020 and have given the date of birth May 12th, 1987. Then it won't help you. So you can only play (e.g. 2000 stairs) after a certain time. The account for the game must be 3 days old.
So you can only play this on December 15th, 2020
