Stream on Telekom Hotspot Netflix?

I have the stream on feature of Telekom. If I make a hotspot and watch Netflix on my laptop, does it work?

I know that it is partly or not.

Has anyone ever tried it and can tell if it worked?

With StreamOn we guarantee and support the streaming directly from the mobile device in which the SIM is inserted, on which the option is active. Other uses, e.g. About tethering, are not supported by us.

But there are cases where it worked. All I can say is that it can work, but we can't guarantee it.
