Is it possible that I use Chrome on my laptop e.g. Can run at 0.5 normal program speed? I need that because with an online game it is a big advantage if you are lying down.

Yes, it is possible, but very expensive, and not for lay people.
This is done in rare cases when examining software, but would probably hopelessly overwhelm you.
There's no ready-made software for this and, without knowledge of system programming and reversing, it will unfortunately be nothing, especially since you have not chosen an easy target for it with Chrome.
