Restart for 1 hour, normal?

My laptop restarts for an hour, it's just bad to press the off button and let him boot

Just hit the start button until it goes off and restart it.

Surely you have done that before

That lasts so long, at my mother's scrap laptop lasts 6 hours

Your PC seems to have hung up while booting. You can easily fix this by pressing the starburst until the PC restarts. You can do that without hesitation.

I've done that dozens of times. All at once, the system has survived without problems. And one time I assume that it was otherwise broken.
