Smart Notebook / Electronic Notepad?

I'm looking for a kind of emergency slip.

Much like the galaxy touch. I have to write down an incredible amount at work, but then it takes forever to find the right page. So I would like to have a device in cell size, where I can write down things and later find by search. Unfortunately, I find nothing suitable except the Galaxy Note… But I just bought a new phone.

How about vlt OneNote as an app? Also has search function…

Can create multiple notebooks, each with multiple pages, search in there ect… Also, everything would have to go for free (without Office license), only then online, not offline as far as I know… So internet connection needed…
