Reset laptop? - 2

Does the admin create an email from the laptop when the device has been completely reset? (Use windows 10)

If that is a company laptop or from school, it shouldn't work at all.

Or, if you remove the hard drive and delete it on another computer, then the admin knows that the laptop is out of the network… - And you don't get back in either because the admin first put the company or school profile on it got to.
