I want all (!) data that I create on my PC at the same time on the laptop and vice versa.
At the moment there are two different devices. But couldn't you merge them? "That means everything is the same, nothing is different. And if I change something on one device, it should be synchronized live on the other.
Is that possible?

If you are looking for a central data storage, you could use OneDrive from MS, for example. There are also alternatives like Nextcloud etc. In all cases, however, the primary concern is the central storage of files. Programs, settings etc. You would have to manage individually on each device…
