V-sync is not working?

Core i7 processor

Intel uhd 630 (display graphic)

60hz monitor

Hello and although I have a question, why can it be that my V sync in the graphics settings does not work? (Was already so since I bought the laptop) If I v-sync on "on" make (adaptive and so it is not with me) limits the Fps rate and the games still jerky to eliminate the jerking I have also tried over nvidia inspector / Riva tuner / geforce experience to limit the fps rate (On 60, 59, 58, 30, etc) none of it worked (the fps rate has indeed limited but the games jerked nonetheless) in some games there there's the option "vertical synchronization" such as It also works on apex legends & Sims 4, but I also want to play smooth games that do not have the option as in Sims 3, Sims 2 & Lego Indiana Jones.
