So it's hard for me to put the problem into words, yesterday I looked at Netflix on my new laptop that is less than a week old (hp envy x360 13-ay0775ng) and suddenly the display has become much brighter and somehow greyish.
It is really not as it may appear in the photo that the screen is darker in the middle, it only depends on the viewing angle.
So as I said yesterday I looked at the Netflix laptop and suddenly it happened. In any case, it is not due to the brightness settings and even a screen calibration did not really help me.
I have a guarantee for the laptop, but if someone knows the problem and maybe it is just software related, maybe someone can help me.
If you look closely, you see a bed
You're wrong, if at all, then a wall.
What kind of graphics card does your laptop have?
looks like the contrast is wrong.
See if you can find the "Advanced Mode" color profile on the graphics card.
maybe a new driver will help fix the problem.
Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately it didn't work.
I will then probably have to send the laptop in for repair
