Why don't the headphones connect?

I got new headphones for Christmas yesterday. Actually they were intended for my cell phone, but since this is broken at the moment, I try to connect them to my laptop. The laptop finds the headphones and pairs them. But when I click on connect it says that they can't be found. My headphones are also flashing blue, which means they are looking for a device to connect to.

Here is some information:

Headphones: Jbl 500bt
Laptop: hp elitebook 8460p
Windows: Edition: Windows 10 Pro
-Version: 190

I've already researched the internet but found nothing. Maybe you can help me there.

Click Remove Device. Then switch on the headphones but keep the button pressed down until another tone comes. The headphones are in pairing mode. Now you should be able to connect it to the computer via "Add Bluetooth or other device"
