A few days ago I bought a new HP laptop that came with Windows 10 home and microsoft office, but not as a USB or CD, but already installed on the computer. Now the problem is that Microsoft since 2013 the product keys, for example (as in this case) to activate Office, are no longer as a file on the computer, but on the Internet on your Microsoft account page, but Office was from Laptop / provider pre-installed and my Microsoft account never received a key for it.
It was never "files on the computer", but always keys that you had to enter. Which Microsoft Office version was included? As a rule, with OEM software the keys are always with the system…
