I have a HP ENVY x360 - 15-w102ng and I want to expand my RAM.
I've just said this in the HP Support application.
I followed the instructions, but I can't figure out how many slots I have, and if so, how much RAM I can expand.
Would be grateful for any help.
2 slots. Max. 16 GB
Two slots for DDR3 SODIMM.
Probably a maximum of 16 GB.
What you have occupied, only you know. If you have no idea what you have then take CPU-Z and start the tool. Then you can see what you have and what you have occupied.
Sorry. Error
DDR3. Compare your link with the model you are looking for.

From the technical data I searched it is not clear whether the NB has a 2nd slot.
The RAM memory type is this: DDR3L RAM 1600MHz (PC3L-12800), you can install 4GB or 8GB latch.
Now you have to look (best times open the NB), if there's a 2nd slot. The instructions are here:
I give it up now. Sorry to all. Make too many ERRORS. NOT MORE CONCENTRATED.
The CPUz also shows you how many modules are installed and how many would fit
