HP printer queue is broken?

Now I have to get rid of a question. A customer of mine has since the printer update with his HP OfficeJet the problem that he can no longer print, scan works. He is connected via Wi-Fi and stands next to the notebook, by the way, a Toshiba NB.

If you want to print, you can see how the icon for the printer queue appears in the systray and within a second the order disappears from there, but nothing else happens.

Open the HP software and make a diagnostic test print about it, it works.

Had already tried USB and LAN cables, but always with the same result.

The software and drivers have also been uninstalled several times and installed with the latest version.

Unnecessary software also uninstalled quite a bit, except for Kaspersky Internet Security.

I've already checked the services for RPC and the printer queue and everything looks good.

Anyone else ideas?

That's probably the print doctor. Of course, I have already tried it and it was supposedly all right.

Unprocessed print jobs will block the printer spooler. The printer spooler must be deleted, then the printer will work again.

Just check under C / Windows / system32 / Spool / printers if there are files in there.ggf. Clear.

Previously disable / enable the Print Queue service.

Unfortunately, I have already done that.

Guess somehow that a software causes problems.

There's also an OCR application on the computer.

I'm afraid for your customer, the problem is not solvable. I would contact the HP service. They have a competent service.

My

It is really strange with the printer. There are other devices connected to the printer and they have no problems.

Now it even comes to the fact that he does not get his Windows Update 1903 installed.

Ev

Then the printer is probably defective.

My

But the other computers can indeed print.

Think will next time Dism and sfc run. And examine the hard drive for errors.

Thanks for the 🌟💫
