The one with a good processor and a good graphics card and 16GB Ram.
An SSD would not be bad either

Logically, games are suitable for gaming laptops and gaming PCs. Irgen-

As far as the processors are concerned, you may have to look. So I have
now e.g. An AMD FX-8300 with a clock frequency of 8x 3.30 GHz.
The memory is then a matter of taste.
4 GB = Noobgaming, 8 GB = Progaming, 16 GB = Ultimate Gaming. 32 GB is then enough so that nothing stands in your way.
But already enough 16 GB. For now, as far as I know, there are no games that need more than 16 GB of RAM. I also use 16GB of RAM.
The graphics card will be an interesting part again. Getting started with gaming is relatively adequate with the GTX 960 from NVidia. So with me that's just that I do not play noobgames right now. Therefore, my gaming PC has a GTX 1060-6GB from NVidia.
As it is then with the hard drive, it depends on how much memory your games need. 1 TB is sufficient, but not necessarily 1 TB.
