I've already done Windows Update. But I can't change my resolution and zoom out.
Everything is pretty "big" and on some websites I have to scroll right to see everything.
Could anyone help me, please?
Go to the manufacturer's website for your laptop. Download and install the drivers there.
Press: "Windows key + R" on your keyboard and then enter devmgmt.msc in the input field. Press Enter, then search for the category "Graphics card (s)". If it says "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter", then you need to install the correct drivers for your graphics card. If you have the graphics card of your laptop in mind, then look for drivers for this graphics card on the Internet and install them. If everything goes well, then everything should go.
It says that all my drivers are already installed and that the driver screen is up to date.
Thanks. I've already been there and then went to update drivers. After loading it for a short time, it says that my driver is up to date. Under Windows 7 I was able to change the resolution and adjust it significantly.
That will be a driver problem. I know Driver Booster (be careful with the installation, if you press the wrong button, you have ONE subscription on your neck 😅). It automatically searches for the perfect and latest drivers for all of your components. I don't want to advertise, but personally I use it every time. Except for the installation, it's great too. And for free. Try that 😊
Do you know which graphics card you have? If not, you can either look for the laptop specs on the Internet, or what I use myself, if I don't know which GraKa is in it, for example, driver booster from ashampoo, or driverpack solution. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that there are many scam programs and although driverpack solution is the best program for it, it unfortunately comes with a bit of ad and bloatware, which can be easily removed.
Have you ever tried the "advanced settings" or "enlarge or reduce text and other elements"?
Yes, unfortunately… Nothing helps.
