Logic pro X on USB stick?

With a Mac, you can do it just by dragging and dropping. The problem is, however, that USB are usually not very fast and are not designed for constant reading and writing. The stick will probably break relatively quickly. It would be advisable to use an external SSD.

You first find out where the sound libraries are stored, then you can copy the content to your hard drive. If that does not just work, you need to put a link to the disk in the terminal:
