An acquaintance gave me a new laptop three years ago. When setting up a professional, he was there and kept taking notes. Can it be that the "friend, got so access to my Leptop.
Can't be, can't be. Without the laptop in front of you, you can't say anything.
Theoretically, if the "expert" has installed a program for remote maintenance and your "friend" has noted down how he remotely controls your notebook. But it is unlikely. ^^
The laptop or even the notebook has been set up by a professional, this establishes normarlerweise no "spy tools".
So if no special program is installed you can't just have access.
Then my feeling was not wrong, because the "expert, and my" acquaintance, know each other. What can I do there, buy a new PC… Or is there another way.
Reset Windows:
Opens the settings (shortcut: Windows + i).
Navigates to Update and Security> Recovery.
Click on the button Go on the right side of the window under Reset this PC.
Selects whether you want to keep your own files OR remove everything.
The first item keeps private data - apps, programs, and changed settings are removed.
At the second point, all data is removed, which equals one https://www.giga.de/...anleitung/.
For example, select the first point.
Windows 10 displays which apps and programs are removed.
Click Next and click Reset.
