Sound is not recorded?

My problem is that my integrated microphone in my laptop is recognized after a Windows update, but does not record any sound on Discord or the camera. I've tried everything. On the one hand, update drivers, and on the other hand, assign the correct rights in the data protection settings. Does anyone have an idea?
