HDD is not recognized by the laptop?

I recently bought a new laptop. Linux was first installed on the laptop. When I wanted to install Windows I was asked as usual on which hard drive I should install it. There was still the 800GB hard drive, but after Windows was installed, the hard drive was no longer recognized. So now my question is, how can I fix this?

Did you partition the plate? Unless

he explains that great

Yes Installing Windows next to Linux is a bit of a gamble. Because the whole thing has something to do with partitioning. Must stop looking at the partition or if you do not have important data stored and Linux is not important to you, can try as the entire hard drive to format completely and then try again with the installation. This hard disk formatting is best done under Windows installation, there's definitely a function where you have to format whole disk. Keep in mind, however, that all your entire data will be deleted in stored hard drive. You should get a USB stick or external hard drive and backup your important data, and do not leave the USB stick or external hard drive connected to the installation.

What is the nominal capacity of the entire HDD drive, and in how many partitions was the drive partitioned when Linux was installed? Does not Winbdows boot from the HDD, or is it just missing the 800 GB partition?

If at present only this old Linux partition is missing, but Windows normally boots up, try it with this tip:

The nominal capacity is 1000GB in Linux, the hard drive was divided into 4 partition, in Windows only 3. I read the tip, but I still do not understand how it works. Would be nice if you could help me. I downloaded the programs but do not know exactly what to do.
