My Medion Akoya laptop has been landing on a black screen since today. So I'm not in the login window. In the black screen I can only move my mouse cursor, everything else does not react. Taking out the battery did not help. Does anyone have a solution for the problem?
Maybe start the recovery partition?
There you can do with an installation DVD a repair installation in which all data and programs are preserved (if it is not a disk damage)

Now seriously, start your "HelpMode". Before you say I have no idea how to do this, simply turn off your notebook 3-4 times (power button pressed for more than 4 seconds). Then your "HelpMode" should tackle. There you can start your repair.
