I have a problem with my Medion first P7643. My notebook has blackscreen but the button still lights up. I had this twice already in these incidents, I took out the battery and put it back. I also wanted to do it this time, but I think a screw is broken because it has no resistance but you can't turn it out. Now my question would be how can I remove the blackscreen and get the screw out of the hole.
Was there ever an OS installed or removed on your notebook?
Which battery do you want to take out? The battery should also be removed. Or do you want to reset the bios?
Check if it boots anyway. Vlt times connect an external monitor. Otherwise, keep the display in the light and see if you can then recognize what. Maybe the picture is there, only the backlight of the display is not working properly. However, that can be due to a lot.
The screw you get if necessary, if you get this on voltage. So somehow bring the housing on tension and then screw, so that the thread gets some contact pressure.
