How do you raise your hand on the cell phone in teams?

I wanted to know if you can raise your hand on the cell phone?

I have a Huawei P20 Mate and only do the video hours on my phone because my laptop doesn't have a camera.

We use the Microsoft App Teames and I think it's very stupid that when I want to ask or say something I have to shake hands and then it doesn't work.

This has nothing to do with your cell phone.

It depends on the program you are video chatting with. Some have such a function, others don't.
