Can you set it somewhere in VLC Media Player that when you restart videos, they always open in the middle of the display (laptop or PC monitor)?
I have already tried various settings under "Tools" and there under "Interface" and "Video", but I only ever manage to get video windows to open at the position where the previous video was closed.
And always so that the top left corner of the new video is where it was in the previous one.
If you first played one in 1280 x 1080 px and opened a new one in 1080 x 720 px the next day, then it slipped to the top left, so to speak, and that looks stupid. I always have to manually drag the video window to the center, which is very cumbersome.
Is there no way to have videos always start in the middle? Other players can do that.
Ne only in full screen, windows has no centering function.
