Why does my Windows laptop always open when I load it into Windows Explorer?

With my Windows laptop, Windows Explorer opens whenever I load it. Not just once, but several times, at different time intervals (even if I close the windows again). When I remove the charging cable, no windows open. I already have an antivirus program installed - but it didn't find anything. Can someone help me please?!

Go to the Task Manager (Ctrl + Sguft + Esc) and switch it off under the Autostart tab
