Good laptop for study (+ Sims 4)?

I desperately need a new laptop and I do not know what's up to date. Maybe someone of you!

He should be suitable for this:

- taking you to the university (is often worn, often switched on and off, should not be too heavy / big / globular)

- Sims 4 (should work well and play a lot)

- Bachelor Thesis (I have many pages open at the same time, I really need Word, use it on the sofa and on the way)

Price range? Good question, are 500 to 700 realistic?
