Notebook screen freezes, but keys, sound and probably not system, screen defective?

The problem is that the laptop screen freezes at irregular intervals. The system did not hang up, because during a YouTube video nothing moved on the screen, but the sound did not stop, keyboard lighting was still adjustable, on off button works etc.

At first I ignored it, because it turns off by turning the screen off and on (briefly standby), but in the last few days it has been over 10 times a day. Resetting the notebook didn't help either.

Is taking advantage of the guarantee the only thing I can do in this case?

Could also be that the GPU or the GPU driver causes problems. Because I have never heard of a stationary screen, but I have heard of GPU drivers or other problems. Have you installed the latest version of all GPU drivers (if you still have an additional GPU in the laptop, in addition to the integrated Vega).

I installed a current version of the GPU driver and during the installation I had a black screen for a few seconds (which means that the driver has been replaced or something). In any case, the problem occurs in a pattern that is difficult to recognize, no matter what the trigger is, so I can't say whether it has worked or not.

It is normal for the screen to go out during driver installation. I hope it helps, of course, but it's hard to say where the problem came from.

GPU Update has really brought something. However, the laptop has several problems.

On the one hand it hangs up (if this happens, just press the Off key for several seconds) and I suspect a BIOS crash. In the latter, the screen turns blue, you see one. Something loads up to 100% and always the same error code 0xa0000006. Since it was rare or never happened while gaming and the laptop can be booted up relatively quickly, this is still possible compared to the screen freeze.

Do you have any solutions to the problems?

Based on the information I found about this error code, this also seems to be a driver error.

It may be due to other drivers.

If in doubt, you could try resetting Windows and reinstalling all drivers again.
