Depends on what resolution your screen has. I would normally say 1920 × 1080.
I assume that your screen has a resolution of 1920x1080p, so FullHD just look for wallpaper 1080p or something or what you would like to have with 1080p / fullhd or 1920x1080. I think is the easiest way for you.
The picture should have the same dimensions as the set resolution of your monitor. When smaller images need to be scaled up to fill the screen, they naturally look blurry and mushy.

This is not necessary at all, as the dimensions of the hits are displayed, at the latest when you move your mouse over them.
Otherwise behind the search term e.g. "imagesize: 1920x1080"
I would always look for 4K images, even at lower resolutions they look good.
