I have a new Microsoft laptop and need to log into my Microsoft Office or create a new account to use it. I have an account there from the school and have therefore tried to use my school email, but it doesn't work and it always says "This account does not exist". What should I do now? Just create a new one? I've already written to a teacher, but I don't feel like waiting long, so I ask here because otherwise I won't be able to use my new laptop.

A Microsoft account does not cost any money. I don't know if you can change later.

You may not be able to use the school mail because this mail is actually for school purposes. If you have a personal account then use this, but if you don't have one then you should create a new account
