I bought a network cable and used it to connect my laptop to the router. When the cable is on, I no longer have internet on the laptop and the Ethernet symbol does not appear at the bottom right, but the bars remain there. As soon as I unplug the cable, the page loads and I have internet again.
Can someone help me there?
Go to the network adapter settings (press [Windows key] + [R], then enter "ncpa.cpl" and press Enter), if you then unplug the cable and plug it in again, something happens with the Ethernet adapter?
Probably only your WLAN adapter is activated and your LAN adapter deactivated
Activate LAN adapter and it should work
