Change Windows Startup?

My laptop always starts in Admin mode, that can't be right.

It is quite certain that I'm also entered as user "Helmut"!

How should I proceed to change that so that I first start with "Helmut"?

If there are other users, they should also be visible on the login screen!

Otherwise:

Control Panel → User Accounts and Child Protection → User Accounts → Add Account
