Get Realtek HD Audio Manager?

Since the new Windows Update a few days ago I have the sound manager described above on my laptop (with the hidden icons also displayed). Now the sound is pretty bad in some applications unlike before. Since I'm not so familiar with such things, I hope that someone here can help me to delete them.
