Requirements notebook for a 4K monitor?

Can someone tell me what requirements my notebook has to meet in order for it to work well with a 4k monitor.

A graphics chip that supports 4K.

So write down the graphic chip and determine on the Internet whether 4K is supported.

HDMI1.4 output for 24Hz, 1.4b for 30Hz and 2.0 for 60Hz. Alternatively DisplayPort from v1.2 or V1.3 for more than 30Hz.

The IGP should be at least one Intel HD 4000 (i.e. From Haswell). Dedicated GPUs have been resolution much longer
