Good arguments for a notebook?

At the moment I have a computer but it is a really old one. I've even found a new one. But somehow I have to persuade my mother to order it. With my father it is also so that he does not want to make installment. Unfortunately, he does not want to tell mr the reason, but otherwise my father would agree with the selection. I just have to persuade my mother to do it.

Do not you save the money together, then nobody needs to buy on installments.

I understand, if someone does not want to do that. It's just debts, and if it does not fit the rate for a month, that's stupid. Also on the part of your parents… If they buy now on installments, that's their debt, and they depend on your reliability, if you give them the rates back. And sorry if I say that, the life experience simply says that many 15 year olds are not very reliable anymore if they have what they want.

Installment for a car. OK. For a laptop… Never in life.
