I just booted up my laptop, opened the writing program and looked for a special character on the keyboard. Suddenly "lock…" appears and the screen goes black. I tried to shut it down, restart it and googled but somehow didn't find the right answer.

It looks like you have activated hibernation or energy saving. Actually, you should be able to boot up the laptop as normal and continue where you left off.

Exactly, if necessary keep the power button pressed for 5 seconds at a time. Then the laptop switches off. After that, it should hopefully start normally again. 😊
Windows> Control Panel> Hardware and Sound> Power Options> then select when to turn off the screen> then never set anywhere as desired, done. Was that it?
