Windows 8.1 disable automatic repair?

Windows didn't quite respond after my laptop got a bump. I restarted the laptop and it got stuck on automatic repair.

It is shown: "… This process can take over an hour" and after 24 hours nothing has changed.

Is there any way to disable or skip the automatic repair?
