FN keys are no longer connected to the main key, what should I do?

I'm probably somehow in my laptop, with a wanted FN function snoozed or made a mistake, now I have set a key combination with something, but I don't know how to undo it.

If I now press FN with FN 2/3/4… A white field appears above the task bar

with a search bar and three fields:

"Highlight All", "Uppercase / Lowercase" and "Whole Words".

For the FN functions, I only have to press the respective buttons e.g. FN3 alone without FN.

I've never had this before, it's not a problem now, but I would still be interested in how I can change it.

If anyone has any idea what I might have pressed that would be super helpful.

See if FN-Lock is printed anywhere and press Fn and this key. With some notebooks it is Fn + Esc. This switches back to the original state.
