I just tried to log in to T-online with Google Chrome, but in vain. It worked perfectly with Microsoft Edge. I registered with T-Online for the first time with my laptop

Does not load the page or what is meant by "does not work"? Is an error message coming? Do you have a manual proxy in the Chrome browser?
As soon as I click Open E-Mail Center, I see a blank page with a black bar on it. Among other things there are email, telecom, T-online etc. When I clicked on email opened another page that looked just like the other side, again this black bar and nothing else. Unfortunately, reloading does not help either

if it is running in another browser, then it is not the login directly. Could you log into Chrome's e-mail center without any problems? Is the latest version of the browser on it and did you ever delete cookies and cache as a first aid measure?
As I said, I signed up for the first time with my new laptop so I do not think anything can be stored by T-Online

So there are no general problems with the e-mail or customer center. I just tested it with Chrome and it works without problems.
I think it could be due to any settings.
