Tech-savvy please help!
The problem is the following: When my cell phone (Sony Xperia XA2) is connected to the laptop via USB, the cell phone is also found, "Allow access?" Appears on the display, I confirm that the Explorer opens on the laptop, everything as usual, Software is up to date.
Data transfer is activated in the USB settings.
If I now try to drag and drop music tracks onto the SD card of my cell phone, the window with the copy status opens, but nothing happens.
No error message, no nothing. The progress bar simply remains empty, whether I wait two minutes or 20 (I tried it).
I also tried to copy the music through the Xperia Companion instead of in Explorer. Something is going forward, but after the process the message "Error copying files" appears, but also no reason why. I didn't find anything helpful on the Internet either.
Slowly it annoys me extremely.

Simply copy the file to your computer and then go to your SD card and paste it into your desired folder
Maybe the cable is broken or your cell phone is broken or maybe a shoe is stuck between the pc and the cell phone. Hit it, maybe the pc music will work.
