Looking for computer for image and video editing, what should it have?

Some time ago I discovered the hobby of photo and video editing for me. I use Photoshop, Lightroom (photo) and Premiere Pro (video). My laptop is now 4 years old and just can't make these programs anymore, so I'm looking for a new Windows laptop. Therefore my question:

Does anyone know of a good laptop (with Windows) that can do these programs well, but is not too expensive? (not over 1000 euro)

Respectively. What does a laptop / computer need at least for these programs to run smoothly? (Hardware)

Honestly, if you want to make it really smooth, I would rather recommend a real PC, because you can get better hardware for the money.
A notebook always has very limited space for hardware and notebooks often limit performance when they get too hot. And performance-hungry hardware produces a lot of waste heat and eats a lot of electricity.

Therefore, the laptop battery is empty within 1-2 hours when working with such machines. So that it is relatively counterproductive to even use a notebook for this. Most of the time you're probably at home anyway, right?

It is important to have enough RAM (16GB), a strong CPU, a graphics card from GTX 1650 and if possible an SSD as a working partition. It doesn't necessarily have to be huge, because you can then simply save the edited film on a larger normal hard drive.
