Is for home use, only the quality of the network is important to me, it would use so that my cell phone and notebook have better reception, since the router is 2 floors below, the WLAN is enough, but it is slower than below.

None of them. Take the Fritz WLAN Repeater 1750E. Highly recommend it.
A somewhat inexpensive version is an older / not too old router used as a repeater.
Often available for little money.
It's too expensive for me, it's only worth it anyway if you have, for example, glass fiber or something else, right?
None of them! Spend 35 euro for a Fritz and then have fun!
The technology that is built in there's very good compared to the competition. For example, I have a Fritz Repeater 310, so the smallest model to my knowledge and it is extremely strong and it only cost me 30 euro, but unfortunately only 2 , 4 GHz. In your case, a next higher repeater would also be capable of 5 GHz… Exactly the right one does not have to be the 1750 E.

I would take this one
