Either a specialist workshop has to do that (I don't include Mediamarkt & co) or you can get yourself a new panel and bring along a little time and a bit of stamina.

As a rule, however, the components are cheaper than the working hours, so repairs will hardly be worthwhile.

A specialist retailer you can trust can tell you more about this. But I wouldn't tap AT ALL…

So the panel is over. Either have it fixed, which is only worthwhile with a fairly new and expensive device. Or get the right panel for the device and install it yourself. It's not rocket science but you should have a little skill and ability.
