Gigaset GS160 does not recognize the PC?

Today I wanted to save the old photos and videos on my hard drive from my old Gigaset GS160. But when I connected the phone via USB to the laptop, it just loaded and the laptop did not recognize it. It is also not listed in Device Manager. I also tried another USB cable.

What can I do?

Using an original cable, that can be done in normal data transfer, otherwise just google times
