Need a folder in the WLAN and Lan which is editable.

That means I can add and delete things from anywhere.

The folder should be on my main PC (desktop) and on other laptops or PCs under this PC.

Su

There's the so-called release for this.

You just have to share a folder in your network under properties ^^

You can install the free FTP server xlight: https://www.xlightftpd.com/download.htm

Here you can set your username, password and the location of the folder on the main PC. On the other PCs you can then right-click on "Add network adapter" in Explorer and enter the local IP of the main PC there. Then you will be asked for your username and password and after entering the folder appears next to the network addresses and can be used as you like.

Wa

Do you still have a firewall like Zonelabs or Comodo?

No

I don't need any of that with a password. There should only be an ISO and .exe folder where this data is stored and I can easily access the things on newly installed laptops or PCs without first downloading Chrome with the Edge browser

el

You can also simply select the anonymous login, then anyone in the network can access it without a password. I don't know of a simpler solution. Folder sharing only works with identical user names.

No

That's bad when I need the same username

el

You don't need that with xlight. Only for Windows folder sharing.
