We have recently moved and are at the telecom and my problem is that the wlan is simply gone by my cell phone is the then I still choose to connect to display but it does not work until I restart the router, it connects mostly new but then it only takes a maximum of 2 hours but often only a few minutes.
(The internet disappears on my laptop and mobile at the same time)
My parents have that in between, but I often.
Why is that? What can I do against it?
This is already going on for 1-2 months
Calling a hotline or customer service is one possibility
Was with us even then as we moved, terrible it was every 2 hours the wireless router off and back on, then have called Telekom and have sent us a new down since we have no more problems! So just call Telekom and tell them.
Which router do you use? And did you take this with you, or did you choose a different model after the holidays?
