Screens are not recognized by the Lenovo laptop via a C-docking station?

And I have a problem with my newly purchased type c docking station. Although this recognizes all USB ports, but a second screen is not recognized. (Whether VGA or HDMI) So how can I adjust so that the second screen is detected or is not my device?

The USB C port has no Thunderbolt 3, so it will not work.
You can only connect it directly to the laptop.

If I had my laptop converted to Thunderbolt 3, would this feature be available to me? And what do I need for such a conversion or should I prefer to do it?
