Got a lenovo v145-15ast 81mt0010ge. Usually there's a small "switch" on the dvd drive on the side where you press it and the compartment opens. But that's not the case with my laptop. Now I tried to open it differently with the Windows key and press r and so on but it doesn't work. Don't look through anymore. How am I supposed to get a DVD if the subject doesn't even open? So it never worked out.
Maybe you don't have any in there…
Most of the models I just looked at online don't have an optical drive

Counter question, are you sure you have a DVD drive at all? Many newer laptops don't have any more at all, because you can get pretty much everything by download, which saves manufacturers space that they can use elsewhere.
Is there such a drive at all? What does Windows say? There have been more questions like this lately, there are now many laptops that are sold without a DVD drive, and there's a bezel in their place where you could install a drive.
