I'd like to know how to open my drive on Lenovo (laptop, windows 10). There's no button next to the drive to open it. Also with attitudes I searched everywhere to open it from there.
But found almost nothing to the drive only if it is functional or not, etc.
Thank you for your help!
PS: "This PC" → "Open Drive" does not exist.
To open the drive via Windows Explorer, simply start Windows Explorer, right-click on the drive and select "Eject".

Is a drive installed at all? Some laptops have a bezel where a drive could be installed. This bezel is considered by some people to be the drive.
Otherwise, the drive should be listed under "This PC". In this case, right-click on the drive and select "Eject" in the context menu.
What is a diaphragm? A kind of dummy or something?
A cover so that the drive bay is not open. The bezel / cover looks similar from the outside like a drive but is just a simple plastic cover and behind it is hollow.
On my Lenovo PC, just below the drive, there's a crumpled plastic strip in the front panel that I use to open my drive.
