I tried to reset my laptop to the factory settings. When I reset it, please do not turn it off. Unfortunately that happened to me And now the laptop starts up but is then in the reset and stays there all the time in the still image
If it is no longer successful, you will not be able to avoid reinstalling WINDOWS.
Or you had previously on an ext. Hard drive made an image / copy of the still functional system (but few people do it).
Then you could get the system up and running again with all the settings made within a very short time.
Has helped me to do this many times.
