Not sure if I caught a virus on my laptop?

I supposedly added something to this page that pops up when you press the Windows key that I've never heard of before. It was kind of added there 3 seconds after After Effects. I wanted to know if I have a virus now. The top four are.

No, it is not a virus. These are video editing programs. I don't know why they were installed together with Adobe after efects. Where did you install Adobe?

What now? I don't know the top four and only found them because of After Effects, no idea where they come from

Can we have the link from the After Effects Installer? There are pages that copy programs and have something installed that I can imagine here as the cause

So I don't know how to send or copy a link from Creative Cloud.
