Today my laptop stopped loading pages and I checked it out. I was connected, but it said 'no internet'. I had already checked to see if I could find out what the problem was, but I couldn't find anything relevant. I restarted, shut down and started my laptop several times, disconnected and connected to the WLAN several times. Then I tried the LAN cable. I can get Wi-Fi as long as I have the cable in, but even that doesn't change the connection. I don't know if you need information about my laptop, if so, tell me where I can find it ^^ '' 'I don't know. But it's from the lenocvo brand. I hope you can do something with it and help me… Oh, but the Wi-Fi works fine with my cell phone and other devices.

Have you checked the router before? Or restarted? Incidentally, with LAN cable you have no Wi-Fi, and check the driver of your network card (you can pull it with your mobile phone if there's a flat screen on it)

ma

Hmm, I can try, but what I most likely forgot to mention is that my cell phone is connected to the Wi-Fi and it works fine. But I can try that right away afterwards.

po

Ah okay yes that's important info… Because then the router works perfectly… Write that again as an addendum. Then go to the device manager in the control panel, you can also search for it and look at which network card you have. And were there any changes to the PC no matter what.

po

Oh yeah and which operating system do you have?

po

Oh yes and one thing occurs to me quickly, you can connect your mobile phone with the cable to the pc with android then had to search in the settings for usb thethering that you do then your pc should be able to receive the internet from the mobile phone.

ma

Oh, hehe… Where can I find all of this? XD sorry, but I don't deal with all of this ^^ '' '

po

Click once on your start bar then on control panel there's a search field there enter system there's which operating system you have how much RAM which CPU and which kernel the network card can also look for in the device manager. The cell phone settings can be found simply under settings then on more sometimes or thethering there's an option with usb thehering there just put a tick.

ma

Okay, what's important now? The ram or processor or something else?

po

Which operating system you have and which network card you have to know to find the right driver.

ma

Operating system is 64-bit and network card, how does that look? XD

po

64 bit are all now win 7 win 8 win 10 device manager under network adapter there's a name for example Realtek PCIe GBE family controller.

ma

Win 10 and it says Realtek, etc.

po

Yes I would like to know that, etc.
